The NBA Incubate Initiative strives to encourage and support the development of new and innovative health and social service ministries by Disciples. This application is for current participants in the Incubate Initiative who are interested in becoming Incubate Partners - a multi-year relationship with NBA that includes a specialized menu of resources and support for Disciples health and social service ministries/organizations in their first years of existence. Incubate Partners receive a maximum of six years of access to professional consultants, opportunities for learning, peer support, and grant funding. In a spirit of mutuality, Incubate Partners agree to share the story of their mission with the wider Disciples community and beyond. Together, we expand the church's understanding of and capacity for health and social service ministry as part of Christ's work in the world.

REQUIREMENTS:
+ Affiliation with the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ)- see eligibility quiz for details
+ 501(c)(3) (nonprofit, tax-exempt) status
+ Previous participation in the Incubate Initiative (Leadership Academy - Social Enterprise Cohort, SENT Seminar, special permission from the Director of Social Entrepreneurship
+ Organization in its first 10 years of incorporation
+ Mission alignment with the mission of NBA
